Confidentiality and Security: The security of personally identifiable information is given the highest priority by JHSPH Center for Health Security (the Center). All such information is limited to Center staff having a reasonable need to view such information for network-related activities only.

Information Collection and Use: Subscription to Clinicians' Biosecurity News (CBN) will require submission of certain identifying information, such as name, title, profession, institution, and email address. CBN automatically receives and records information from a subscriber's browser, including IP address, network cookie information, and pages requested. CBN may also set and access cookies on a subscriber's computer. CBN records routine information about a subscriber's transactions, including time and date of access, and acceptance of the Terms of UseCBN uses this information to facilitate return visits, customize viewable information for the subscriber, and improve the website's functionality.

Sharing and Disclosure: CBN does not and will not rent, sell, or disclose a subscriber's personally identifiable information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Links To and From Other Websites: Links to other websites are made available as a convenience to the subscriber. CBN does not necessarily endorse information present on third-party websites, and the existence of a link does not imply any affiliation.

Links from third-party websites to CBN website must must not contain distasteful or offensive content, must not imply an endorsement by JHSPH Center for Health Security or CBN, and must not knowingly present false or misleading information to the user.

Termination: The Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate a subscriber's access to the website and/or any other service provided by CBN. A subscriber may terminate subscription at any time by unsubscribing.

Acceptance of Terms: A user's acceptance of the CBN Terms of Use is required for subscription. Use of CBN or failure to "unsubscribe" once registration is complete and a subscription is activated signals acceptance of the CBN Terms of Use in full. A subscriber's acceptance of these terms and implicit agreement to be bound by them is a requirement of and a prerequisite for access to this website and use of the CBN.
